OPS SET UP: Grandparent's Day

• Handicap parking along east side of ECD Bldg. (21 spots), and up by US Office/field. Mark will communicate parking to staff.

• Operations please wipe off picnic tables outside of LS Media Center AND LS Courtyard on 3/28 before 9am.

• Golf Cart to assist with grandparents who have trouble walking from parking area to Chapel. Approximately 10:00am, golf cart assistance for grandparents from chapel to classrooms. After presentations, approximately 11:00am, assist with taking grandparents back to vehicles.

• Dismissal staggered times per Early Release schedule, normally most grandparents are leaving at 11:30am

• Grandparents' Presentation 3/28 @ 9am in the chapel

• Refreshments and Art Display in LS Lunchroom (10:15am) Visit Classrooms/ LS Library (10:15am-11:15am)

• Grandparents sign out students with LS Office or on in classroom- Teachers have sign-out sheets.

• Book Fair in LS Media Center 10:15-12:00pm (Parent volunteers)

• Photos @ 200 court yard and program (Parent Volunteer: Natasha Brennan)

• Band (4th-5th graders) set up outside Admissions office by 9:15am, need about 40 chairs.

 Most 6th Graders CSLC are used as student helpers/ Sign Holders/ opening doors and snacks.

• Extended Day and Little Lambs on campus until 6:00 pm (Extended Day for staff until 4:00pm)
